Our working days are Mondays to Fridays (9am-6pm), excluding weekends and public holidays. All emails will be replied within 48 working hours. Please refrain from sending multiple emails within 2 working days. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
You shall be responsible in ensuring the accuracy of all your orders. All orders will be deemed final once the transaction has been completed on our site. In the event that the wrong item/size was carted out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For application of discount codes, please enter them upon checkout. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the time of purchase.
If an order is cancelled, no cash refund is offered. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit with a validity period of 6 months. Loyalty points issued will also be deducted from the account for such order cancellations.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days processing time during peak periods ( e.g sales/ festive period).
We accept credit card and Paynow payment. Payment is only deemed complete after the full amount of funds has been cleared. All successful payments cannot be reversed once confirmed. Any order cancellations will follow the T&C listed in Point 2.
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order as we might not be able to amend it after it has been processed. Any redelivery charges will be borne by customers.
If your local order is inclusive of a backorder/preorder item(s), please note that it will only be dispatched after the backorder/preorder has arrived. Should you wish to receive your in-stock item first. A separate courier fee would be required.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days upon order confirmation.
Parcel deliveries are conducted by our courier partners.
Standard courier delivery is Monday to Friday 9am-10pm.
Standard courier delivery takes 1-3 working days. Please allow an extra 1-3 working days during peak periods ( E.g sales period, Christmas and Lunar new year period)
Same day courier delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm from Monday to Friday. It will be delivered before 10pm.
e.g For order placed at 11am today, you will receive it before 10pm today.
For order placed at 11pm today, you will receive it before 10pm tomorrow.
Once the shipping notification email has been sent, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for any lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied.
Any claims for packages not received has to be made within 3 working days from the date the parcel has been reflected as “Delivered” in the courier’s tracking website to email@example.com
After which date, no claim howsoever shall be entertained.
All payments for international orders are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Such payments may be automatically converted to the shipping country’s currency and reflected accordingly in the customer’s credit card statement. All stated prices in foreign currency on site are calculated for customer’s reference only.
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) are to be borne by recipient of the parcel.
An additional 5-7 working days is required for the parcel to be delivered to recipient’s doorstep upon custom clearance.
Shipping charges are calculated upon check out.
Standard international delivery timing is 10-14 working days.
We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs, or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the product.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after half a year will be deemed as Beachme’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

For returns, you can return your item(s) to us for store credits which comes with a 6 month validity period (Extended from the usual 1 month validity period. Yay!)
Returns must be done within 10 days from the shipping date. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you face issues doing so even though the returns is still within the valid period.
Swimwear must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags and hygiene seal intact, in the original packaging. Goods that are not met with these conditions will be rejected. Postage fees for the return of rejected returned goods will be borne by the customer. Goods that are not met with these conditions will be rejected.
All related shipping costs (including custom duty taxes) for return goods will be borne by the customer. To ensure a successful return, all returns must be shipped back via safe and trackable shipping method.
Credits issued will be the actual amount paid.
Courier charges to and fro will be borne by the customers. Postage fees incurred for exchanges would be the actual fee that courier charges without any subsidies.
Each order is only entitled to one exchange.
Beachme checks all orders before sending. In the event a defective/wrong item has been sent, We sincerely apologise.
Please drop us an email at email@example.com within 10 days with a snapshot of the item/ area of defect. Terms and conditions following Point 7. Returns & exchanges applies.
We will send a replacement piece of the item if there is an available piece. In the event that the item is no longer available, refunds in terms of store credits will be issued. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via store credits.
Please only send back the item once a confirmation has been given from our team. Beachme reserves to right to reject any order that has not been confirmed by us. Any shipping cost incurred to return the package will be borne by the customer.
For items that has been sent back to us but does not have the defect mentioned, postage fee for the return of item will be chargeable. If no top up was done for the postage fee, item will be disposed after 14 days.
