Returns / exchange

Beachme allows returns & exchanges for regular priced adult swimwear only. 

All other items are not allowed for returns & exchanges

  • Items from the SALE tab ( Including swimwear below $30)
  • Discounted items ( includes purchases made using discount codes). All orders checked out with promotional codes are not allowed for returns & exchanges, except for first time discount code.
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Paddings
  • Apparels
  • Lingerie
  • Loungewear
  • Baby swimwear ( As we understand that parents may have more concerns about the hygiene level especially for the little ones whose immune system may not be as fully developed as that of adult’s.)

A regular priced swimwear is acceptable for exchange for store credits in the condition you received it in, this means,

  • New, unworn, unwashed, unscented, no stains, rips, tears, damage or odour.
  • Items need to have tags and hygiene liners still attached.
  • Swimsuit paddings must not be removed.
  • The item needs to be neatly folded in the original packaging it was received in.

​For returns, you can return your item(s) to us for store credits which comes with a 6 month validity period (Extended from the usual 1 month validity period. Yay!)

Return items are to reach us within 10 days from the shipping date. Please drop us an email at with your numerical order number.

*NEW*: Free local returns above $100 – Pilot phase

There will be free local returns above $100. Returns are subjected to conditions stated above.

Please contact us at to notify us of the items you wish to exchange, preferred day of pick up ( at least 2 working days after dropping us an email) so that we can arrange for a courier pick up within 10days from the shipping date.

A courier label would then be emailed to you. Print out the courier label and stick it on the package and the courier will collect it from you.

Goods that are not met with these conditions will be rejected. Postage fees for the return of rejected returned goods will be borne by the customer. Goods that are not met with these conditions will be rejected.

Orders entitled with code <TOGETHER> utilised in the purchase of Beachme bikini top and bottom are also allowed for exchange. Size exchanges are allowed with no additional top up required excluding shipping fee.

All related shipping costs (including custom duty taxes) for return goods will be borne by the customer. To ensure a successful return, all returns must be shipped back via safe and trackable shipping method.


Credits issued will be valid for 6 months.

For local orders : Credits issued will be the actual amount paid, less off the shipping fee of $4 if the original order was entitled to free shipping. This is because the order will be entitled to free shipping again with the credits code entered during the 2nd check out. Our free shipping above $60 are only applicable to new orders and not applicable for exchanges.

For international orders: Credits issued will be product cost less off any discounts applied. Shipping fees are not included.

Credits will be issued within 5 working days from the receipt of the return item.

Courier charges to and fro will be borne by the customers. 

Each order is only entitled to one exchange.

Wrong/ defective goods

In the event that the wrong/defective item was sent, Beachme would bear the shipping cost. The same replacement item would be sent. Only in the event that the item is out of stock, we will process a refund for you.
